RECOGNITION SPECIFICATIONS AND PRINT DEADLINES
While we wish to fully recognize all sponsors, we must respect the print deadlines for each different medium. Please see below for a definition of each recognition item and note the print deadlines for each. Donations must be received by the stated print deadline to be included in that item.

Show Book – A program containing important auction information is presented to each registered buyer on Sale Day, and within this program there will be a page or insert recognizing all our Show & Sale Sponsors. Your name will appear in list form by sponsorship level along with other named sponsors. Print Deadline: January 1, 2025.

Group Sponsor Banner – A large-scale vinyl banner will be displayed in a prominent area of the Show Barn during Show & Sale days and will remain on display through the remainder of the 2024 calendar year. Your name will appear in list form by sponsor level along with other named sponsors. Print Deadline: January 1, 2025.

Alumni Website Recognition – All sponsors will be listed on a special recognition page dedicated to the 2025 Show & Sale. No deadline applies.

Alumni Social Media Recognition – All sponsors will be recognized in a shout-out on the Alumni Facebook and Instagram pages. No deadline applies.
