High School Deadline: September 16, 2024, 5:00-7:00pm
Jr FFA Deadline: September 17, 2024, 4:30-6:00pm
Non-Livestock Registration
DEADLINE: November 12, 2024 @ 6:15pm
$10 per entry
- Non-Livestock Rubrics - check back in November
- Non-Livestock Log Sheet - check back in November
- Silent Auction Entry Form - check back in January
Instructions:
- Refer to the Exhibitor Show Entry Required Forms Checklist below. You may find all forms in Section 3 of your Member Resource Guide.
- Complete all required forms and steps as stated on the checklist.
- The Livestock Order Form will be provided on registration/payment night.
- For the ShoWorks Online Registration step:
- Refer to the ShoWorks Registration Instructions document for step-by-step details on how to proceed.
- Register all entries within ShoWorks at: https://sbffa.fairwire.com.
- Make sure you receive a confirmation receipt via email. SAVE a copy of this ShoWorks receipt and include in your paperwork packet to be turned in by the deadline.
- Turn in all required forms, receipts and payment to the barn by the stated deadline.
- Livestock paperwork and payment will be accepted on two nights. High school students on Mon, Sept 16 from 5:00-7:00pm. Jr FFA students on Tues, Sept 17 from 4:30-6:00pm.
- Non-Livestock paperwork and payment be accepted on Tues, Nov 12 from 4:00-6:15pm.
- No late paperwork will be accepted.
